Sale items are non-refundable, and are only exchangeable provided Orkini has replacement items in stock. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of returning and re-delivering products should they wish to exchange the product.
Orkini has a 30 day returns policy for all items purchased through our www.orkini.co.za online shop.
The 30 day count starts from the date of purchase in-store or from the date of delivery for online purchases.
Items will only be accepted for returns if they are in the same condition from the day of purchase. (I.e: have not been worn, have all tags attached & in the same packaging), a valid receipt will also need to be presented.
