Please note that Orkini will not exchange goods, and in the event that you are not completely satisfied with the goods, you are entitled to return same to Orkini within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery to you.
Should you wish to return the goods, the goods must be returned in their original packaging and with all of the labels attached to the goods. In the event that you return goods to Orkinis premises, you will be required to submit the invoice in respect of the goods to Orkinis upon returning the goods.
You may return the goods to Orkinis premises, alternatively, you can log a return request via mail, and Orkinis will arrange for a courier to collect the goods from you.
In the event that the goods are returned in their original packaging and with all of the labels attached, and in the event that you submit the invoice in respect of the goods if you are returning the goods at Orkinis premises, then you will be refunded the purchase price of the goods.
