Ordering & payment
Do I need an account to shop?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account saves your details for next time and lets you track your orders.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayFast, Instant EFT, Mobicred and Zapper. You can also buy now and pay later with PayJustNow or Payflex.
Can I pay later?
Yes. Choose PayJustNow to pay in 3 interest-free instalments, or Payflex to pay in 4. Select either at checkout.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the Discount code box at checkout and click Apply. One code can be used per order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp (067 182 6391) or call 011 873 8655. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually change or cancel it.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away, and another email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
R60 anywhere in South Africa, and FREE on orders of R1,000 or more.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver to your door with Fastway Couriers in 3-5 working days. Orders are processed on weekdays.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You can exchange or return full-price items within 30 days of delivery, unworn, with tags and in their original packaging. See our full returns policy.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items can't be returned or exchanged unless they're faulty.
Who pays the courier for returns?
For size or change-of-mind returns and exchanges, you pay the courier both ways. If we sent the wrong item, or it's faulty, we cover all courier costs.
Can I exchange in store?
Yes. Bring your item and order number to Shop 111, Golden Walk, Victoria Street, Germiston.
What if my item sells out after I order?
Occasionally an item sells in store before your online order is processed. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full straight away.

Do you have physical stores?
Yes. We're family-run in Gauteng since 1930, with three stores. Visit us at Shop 111, Golden Walk, Victoria Street, Germiston. Open Mon-Sat 9:00-17:30, Sun 9:00-15:00.
